Terms of Use
For the Bimbloom app and the website bimbloom.app. Last updated: October 2026. The German version is legally binding; this is a translation.
Provider

The service
Bimbloom is a collection of learning games for children aged 3 to 10. The first levels of every game and the first dishes in the kitchen are free, with no ads. One optional one-time purchase (shown in the app, usually $5 or the local equivalent set by the store) opens all levels and dishes for good on the devices of that store account. There is no subscription. The purchase sits behind a parental gate and runs through the app store: payment, refunds and cancellation follow the store's rules, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
Licence
You may use the app on your devices for private, non-commercial purposes; schools and kindergartens may use it too. You may not copy, sell, modify or publish the app or its content (pictures, music, voices, texts, code) except where the law expressly allows it. The app store's own terms (Apple, Google) apply in addition.
Parents' responsibility
The app is made for children; parents are responsible for screen time and use. The app offers a break reminder and a parents' area behind a parental gate.
Content
Pictures, music, sounds and voices were created by us with the help of AI tools, then selected and reviewed by us. We aim for child-appropriate, error-free content — if you notice anything unsuitable, please tell us.
Warranty and liability
For the free part of the app we are liable only for intent and gross negligence and for defects we fraudulently concealed. For the paid part the statutory warranty for digital products applies. Liability for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected. We aim for an error-free, always available app but cannot guarantee it. Progress is stored on the device only.
Changes
We may update these terms, for example when new features arrive. The current version is always on this page.
Law
German law applies. Consumers living in another country keep the mandatory consumer protection of that country. We do not take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
